Q1. Do you provide services to small or large businesses?
Answer: We offer a variety of our services to all levels of businesses (small, medium, large). Our team of specialist has experience and ability to provide consultation to all kind of businesses.
Q2. What do I/we need to do if I/we want your services?
Answer: You just need to agree with our terms and conditions and sign a contract. This contract will be between you and Best Business Consultancy which is trading name of Multi Business Group Limited.
Q3. Can I choose my own consultant?
Answer: No, we have a team of specialist and one of our consultants will be assigned to you based on availability.
Q4. Can I/we cancel my/our contact anytime?
Answer: Yes, of course but. Refund will be provided only if you qualify.
Q5. Can I/we get my refund if I/we cancel my/our order?
Answer: If you decide to cancel after start of the agreement no refund will be issued to you. However, if you want to cancel before start of the agreement you will get refund after deducting the charges of our professional work and admin fee.
Q6. What will happen if I/we are not satisfied with the services?
Answer: We work hard to satisfy our clients. If you will not be satisfied with our service we will try to fix the issues and we can refund you partial payment after deducting our admin fee and the cost of work done by our professionals. In some situations we might not refund anything in which case we will write an apology letter if needed.

Answer: We accept all payments methods: online transfer, deposit in account, direct debit, PayPal. We also accept payment with all major payment cards.
